2023 has been a stellar year already for awards, with more fantastic news coming through from one of the biggest international competitions, the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC). 78 Degrees Sunset Gin, Classic Gin and more all received high praise and recognition.
The SFWSC is known by distillers worldwide as being one of the most prestigious competitions of its type, and it’s certainly one of the ones that we really strive to be recognised at. This comp is noted for the quality of its judges, many of whom are renowned experts in their fields, with decades of industry experience. It’s also renowned for the scope of different spirit categories that it judges.
Competing against thousands of distilleries from all over the world, we are thrilled to announce that we received no less than eight medals overall. This included Double Gold Medals for 78 Degrees Sunset Gin and Classic Gin, as well as Gold Medals for Desert Gin and Bitter Orange.
Our whiskeys also fared well, with Native Grain Whiskey, Australian Whiskey and Muscat Finish Whiskey taking Silver Medals. Our recently-launched Sunshine State Gin received a Bronze Medal.
