2022 Holiday Season Delivery

Our Christmas cut off dates are based on recommended lodgement dates from Australia Post, who are our primary delivery partner. Our recommended cut off for the Christmas period is 11/12/2022 (9/11/2022 for Northern Territory), this allows our warehouse a couple of days to pick, pack and lodge your parcel before Australia Post’s final lodgement dates. Please see here for reference. We distribute from our warehouse in South Australia, all lodgements need to be processed and in the Australia Post delivery network by 16/12/2022. While ordering after 11/12 – you may still receive your order before Christmas, please consider that there is a chance it may not arrive before Christmas, when placing your order.

We will continue dispatching through out the holiday season at a lower capacity.

Payment Options

The 78 Degrees website accepts payment via debit or credit card including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms and Conditions here and Stripe’s privacy policy here.

All costs, including transaction fees and shipping are displayed in AUD on the 78 Degrees checkout page. 

By processing a transaction through the 78 Degrees website, the customer bears the full expense of the product(s) being purchased and the shipping cost(s) to receive that product. Upon completion of a purchase, the customers selected payment method will be charged in full and a receipt displayed on the site and emailed to the customer address.

Shipping

We use a range of shipping providers depending on your location around Australia, the shipping provider of choice may change. Upon completion of your order, we will send you your order details along with the shipping provider number and any tracking information if applicable. 

78 Degrees only ships to addresses in Australia. On average, we expect that you will receive your 78 Degrees order in 5-7 business days.

Refund and Return Policy

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for any major failure with our products or have the failure rectified with a replacement, repair or refund (at our discretion) for any minor failure. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned products, we will reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including any packaging and postage charges.

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your item where you have made an error when ordering online up to 30 days after the date of your purchase. The returned product must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for any additional postage charges.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us.  When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and any next steps.  If you receive a refund, it may take up to3-5 business days after our confirmation to appear on your credit card depending on your banking institution.

Refund and Return Policy

Should you make an error when ordering online, 78 Degrees may exchange and refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please contact us to discuss a resolution.

You are responsible for the additional postage charges. When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to the card you paid with. Once your refund has been confirmed it may take up to 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

Why can’t I get a delivery to my area?

Some areas in Australia are considered ‘Dry Zones’. A dry zone is an area where it is against the law to sell, be in possession of or consume alcohol. As a result, Seven Seasons may be unable to deliver to these postcodes.

What postcodes are classified as ‘Dry Zones’?

You will not be able to purchase any alcohol product when your delivery address contains any of the following postcodes:
