This allows us to both reduce our freight miles as well as strengthen and support the success of our neighbours and the greater South Australian agricultural community.
Close relationships with our growers and producers help us to utilise their knowledge, enabling us to make more informed decisions when creating our products. We also gain insight into the way that our grains and botanicals are produced, ensuring that our products start their journey in the most conscious way possible.
As well as respecting and working in harmony with the land and natural resources around us, we acknowledge and respect the role we play in the local community. We employ local Adelaide Hills people within both the distillery and production area as well as in the cellar door and restaurant, helping to empower young people and further develop their careers within the distilling and hospitality industry.
