The Adelaide Hills region has long been regarded as one of the best and most pristine apple-growing regions in the world, with the cool climate lending to some truly exceptional fruit. It is here that we drew our inspiration for this year’s Crows gin.
Taking locally sourced Adelaide Hills apples, which are distilled to unlock their flavour, along with the bright citrus notes of lemon myrtle. This lends a fresh and inviting character to the bold juniper base.

45ml Crows Apple Gin
Top with Elderflower tonic, garnish apple slices and a fennel frond
Fly as one Fizz
60ml Crows Apple Gin
30ml fresh apple juice
10ml fresh lemon juice
1 inch cucumber sliced
Method: Add first 4 ingredients to a shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain through a double strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Top with tonic water, garnish with apple slices and mint sprig .
